User's Group The CPA/MIS® User's Group was formed in November 1990 to facilitate user participation in the enhancement and future development of the product. All licensed users are encouraged to participate in the semi-annual meetings. In 1993, the group formed a Long Range Strategic Direction team whose charge is to evaluate the needs and challenges of the accounting profession to ensure that the product continues to meet the needs of the users. "As Chairman of the
CPA/MIS User’s Group, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Mize
Houser & Company and the User’s Group and am impressed with the synergy
of these two groups as they work together to continually improve this
product. Working closely with Mize Houser professionals, the User’s
Group facilitates user participation in order to set direction for
future product development and enhancements".
