We have always maintained a centralized time and billing program and with 9 offices throughout the state of Ohio, that has been quite a challenge!  We had used a PC based program and  I can't begin to tell you all of the support issues we had on an ongoing basis. CPA/MIS® solved our problems.  Everyone is able to access the program over the Internet, using very little bandwidth, to enter time and to do billing.  The partners love it!

The AS400 platform that houses the program requires so little maintenance that our IT department forgets it's even there!  And, when we do have a problem, the support we receive from Mize is wonderful.  We have never used a program that offers anything even close to the kind of support we receive from their staff.
